This is a listing for 1 rooted dinosaur tooth from a Hell Creek ceratopsid, either Triceratops or Torosaurus. Rooted ornithischian teeth are rare compared to the common worn down spitter teeth.
The Hell Creek Formation is home to two species of Triceratops, as well as its close relative, Torosaurus. Unfortunately, these ceratopsid teeth are indistinguishable from each other.
